Vietnam-based women’s wear e-commerce retailer, K&K Fashion, has selected Appier, a Taiwan SaaS solutions provider, for marketing automation and personalised customer interactions.
The company has integrated Appier’s AI personalisation cloud, AIQUA, for enhancing customer engagement and brand loyalty.
The AI-powered system analyses customer data and behaviour to generate personalised product recommendations, increasing the likelihood of purchase.
According to K&K Fashion, this led to a session duration that was 236 percent higher than the average of all channels and a conversion rate that was 150 percent higher than previously.
It added that data-driven segmentation helps send out email marketing campaigns with relevant product recommendations, leading to an email conversion rate ten times higher than the industry average.
With Aiqua’s “autopilot” feature, K&K Fashion maximised click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR) by selecting effective recommendation models for each customer.
